Gap Closure Program Analyst

Abbott seeks a Gap Closure Program Analyst to support cancer diagnostics operations in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves managing program data for payer and health system customers, validating member eligibility, coordinating across functional teams, and identifying process improvements using analytical tools.
Responsibilities
- Validate and process gap closure program files, member eligibility data, and ordering requirements from customers
- Analyze data using Excel, Tableau, Epic, and DataBricks to generate reports and ensure data quality
- Coordinate new bulk orders and operational readiness across Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, CX, and Lab teams
- Execute ad hoc analyses, proofread communications, and manage competing priorities independently
- Identify and implement process improvements using data insights to enhance quality and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience
- 2+ years operational or related experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
