About the Role As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that all cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Lead a team of housekeeping staff and provide guidance and training on cleaning and disinfecting protocols Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with infection control and cleanliness standards Identify and address any issues with cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff attendance Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting departmental standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a healthcare setting Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
