Acute Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity - Full Time MLR is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Pharmacist to become a valuable member of our client's expanding healthcare team near Pie Town, New Mexico! Pharmacist Key Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications while providing expert guidance on their appropriate usage. Full-time, direct-hire position within an inpatient hospital environment. Accurately review and interpret physician prescriptions, ensuring safe medication distribution. Offer medication therapy management, educate patients on potential drug interactions, side effects, and correct medication use. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to promote optimal patient outcomes. Keep detailed records of dispensed medications, patient profiles, and insurance claims. Pharmacist Qualifications Must have completed an accredited Pharmacy program (PharmD or RPh). Active New Mexico Pharmacist license required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy is preferred.
