The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of all warehouse operations, including stock control, equipment receipt and dispatch, cleansing, decontamination, refurbishment, recycling and storage functions. The post holder will ensure compliance with contractual, quality, health and safety, and regulatory requirements while delivering an efficient, cost-effective and customer-focused service. The Warehouse Manager will provide direct line management to warehouse staff, promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with operational managers and support functions, the post holder will monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas of operational risk or non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers, commissioners and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provide Community
