Repsonsbilities: The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization. Manage and monitor full patient cycle: perform an initial evaluation, establish a treatment plan, progress treatment and goals, communicate to physician, discharge, and follow-up. Qualifications: Education: Degreed from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Work Experience: 1-2 years of Athletico PT experience Certification/Licensure: Must have an active clinician license or compact privileges in the state where services will be provided prior to beginning assignments; no temporary state licenses will be accepted Knowledge and Technical Skills: Current CPR Certification Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently HR Use Only: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Minimum Salary/Wage USD $94,000.00/Yr.
