Job Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Membership Sales Representative to turn their passion for wellness into an opportunity to grow our community. You’ll do more than just greet guests — you’ll educate, energize, and empower. You’ll guide people through their experience, showcase our services, and match guests with memberships that align with their goals. Sales is part of the magic — but service is at the heart of everything you do.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and has a passion for wellness, performance, and meaningful human connection.

This is NOT a front desk position. This is a Sales (plus Commission) and hospitality role for someone who loves building relationships, creating experiences, and helping others feel their best.

 

Duties

• Showcase the EVOLVE concept and provide tours
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into memberships
• Sell memberships, retail, and promotions
• Deliver an elevated member experience through hospitality and relationship-building
• Support local marketing and community outreach events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Work alongside a motivated team to achieve our EVOLVE goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Outgoing, confident, and positive
• Sales-oriented and motivated by Commission opportunities
• Passionate about wellness and personal growth
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Great at communication and connecting with people
• Excited to be part of a growing, community-focused brand
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive, outgoing personality with a talent for making people feel seen and heard
• Strong communication skills — you’re clear, confident, and kind
• A natural salesperson with a service-first mindset
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness, or recovery services is a major plus!

Pay :

• Hourly starting at 16/hr

Schedule & Availability
We operate 7 days a week. Below are our operating hours.

• Mon and Fri: 6AM-8PM
• Wed/Tues/Thur/Sun : 9AM-8PM
• Saturday: 8AM-8PM

Expected hours : 10.0 – 25.0 per week (minimum of two full shifts - weekends required)
