Job Summary: Operate maintain and repair building systems and equipment in a healthcare facility. Support safe and efficient facility operations including HVAC boilers generators and mechanical systems. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and building repairs Operate and maintain HVAC boilers generators and equipment Conduct routine inspections and record equipment readings Replace HVAC air filters as scheduled Monitor building safety and security Respond to service requests and emergency calls Coordinate repairs with internal teams and vendors Maintain tools equipment and work areas Document work and follow maintenance procedures Support safety programs and wear protective equipment Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Five years maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems Strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Driver license required Salary: $24 - $27 hourly Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $24 - $27 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
