About Us TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide School Psychology services to PreK-12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality School Psychology services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. Job Description and Responsibilities This is a full-time, or part-time on-site role as a School Psychologis t serving a school located in Cincinnati, OH. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating and eligibility processes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents), supporting students according to their IEP. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

- 36-38 hours/week (full time)
- Early elementary grades
- Two campuses
- August 2026 through May 2027
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Provide consultation and collaborate with school staff
- Support eligibility determinations and diagnostic processes
- Deliver direct mental health and related student services
- Guaranteed weekly hours, including paid time for documentation, planning, and administrative responsibilities
- In-person, school-based position
- Ongoing support from both the school district and the TheraPeds team
- Well-balanced caseloads
- $62 - $78+/hour (approx. $2250-$3000/week+)
Requirements Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- NASP License (preferred but not required)
- State License and/or School Psychologist and Department of Education (when required)
- 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Counseling and Psychological Assessment
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
