Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current in the field. Adhere to safety and health regulations and guidelines throughout patient care. The position may involve conducting screenings and evaluations to determine the need for further treatment. Compassionate patient interaction and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. Engagement in community outreach and education regarding speech and language disorders may be required.
