Top Skills 2-4 years of IT Support experience (remote and hands-on) Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting Hardware support (imaging, deployment, break/fix) Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues. Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed. Create, update, and close tickets within the ITSM system. Support user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning. Assist with password resets, access requests, and MFA support. Maintain inventory of IT equipment, including asset tagging and tracking through ServiceNow, Tanium, and spreadsheets. Install and configure standard applications and security tools. Provide conference room, meeting, and AV support. Follow established SOPs, knowledge base articles, and escalation procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users. Coordinate laptop shipments for new hires and return equipment recovery for offboarded employees. Support onsite meetings, executive events, town halls, and conference room technology. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within ServiceNow tickets. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role. Strong knowledge of: Windows and/or macOS environments Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Tanium) Bomgar Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday. Availability for occasional overtime or weekend support. Nice-to-Have Skills Hardware imaging and deployment experience. Asset management and inventory tracking experience. AV and conference room support experience. Experience supporting executive users. Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Verona, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
