Job Full Description

Our client in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support their 1st shift operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that materials and products are properly documented and stored. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and quality.
Completes Shipping & Receiving reports
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems (ERP or inventory software) as required.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to management.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred..
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation.
