ANTICIPATED — ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY (7‑12) Lakota Local School District is a vibrant and dynamic educational community, serving over 18,000 students. Job Summary The Assistant Director – Assessment & Accountability (7‑12) provides district and building‑level leadership for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Accountability, this role builds staff capacity in evidence‑based Tier 1 instruction and targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The MTSS Supervisor partners with administrators, teachers, and student services teams to use data to improve outcomes for all learners while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world‑class customer service, answering emails in a timely manner, and completing Safe Schools training in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Valid Ohio Department of Education licensure. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant instructional or leadership experience. Valid driver’s license. Successful completion of an FBI/BCII criminal background check is required. Working Conditions 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year based on a school‑year calendar. Full‑time position (1 FTE).
