Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on recovery and functional improvements. Operate within a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols. Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings using Meditech system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-discharge care. Maintain adherence to safety standards and hospital policies, including infection control and proper equipment use. Qualifications: Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience. Demonstrate prior med/surg and rehabilitation experience preferred. Possess current BLS certification. Able to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
