Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on recovery and functional improvements. Operate within a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings using Meditech system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-discharge care.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and hospital policies, including infection control and proper equipment use.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Demonstrate prior med/surg and rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Able to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
