Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: New York Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary Join a thriving team and provide critical support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll help clients overcome obstacles, build resilience, and take steps towards better mental health. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals and groups. Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients. Use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Active LMHC licensure in New York. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role. Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders. Benefits 2 weeks PTO.
