Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing and managing dealership finance and insurance operations. Day-to-day tasks include arranging financing options for customers, explaining terms and products, and ensuring all contracts and documents are accurate and compliant with regulations. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to support deal structures, reviewing credit applications, and working with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions. The Finance Manager will monitor financial performance metrics, maintain accurate records, and implement processes to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. This position also requires maintaining strong ethical standards, providing clear communication to customers, and ensuring a seamless financial experience aligned with Campers Inn RV’s mission. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting practices within an automotive or RV dealership, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of lending, credit analysis, and financing products, with experience working directly with banks and other financial institutions. Proficiency in dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, accounting platforms) to manage deals and documentation accurately. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and build trust with customers and colleagues. Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and ethical practices related to consumer financing and documentation. Relevant post‑secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications or prior dealership F&I experience are highly beneficial.
