Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8AM to 1PM approximate.

Overview: Our chiropractic practice is seeking a dependable, detail‐oriented Office Assistant with experience in insurance claim processing and strong front‐desk/reception skills . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims, verify benefits, and patient billing
• Greet patients, manage check‐in/check‐out, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily office flow
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
• Support the doctor and team with day‐to‐day operations

Qualifications:

• Experience with insurance billing/claims required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred but not required

The current morning person is getting ready to retire, but will stay on to train the new person, and will remain available for a while to answer questions that might come up.
