Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado SLP license, with current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) approval
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and evidence-based therapies
• Passion for helping school-aged children achieve key communication milestones

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in compliance with IEP requirements
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred with speech or language concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and expertise for goal setting and progress reports
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in school-based SLP services
