Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy staff and ensuring high-quality patient care and community health. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations. Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, inventory management, and safety protocols. Guide customer service practices to meet customer needs and foster community outreach programs. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies through report analysis, loss prevention, and quality assurance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training.
