Pura Vida Miami in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a night-shift kitchen supervisor to oversee nightly prep, monitor inventory, and ensure sanitation and labeling standards. You will lead by example, coordinate BOH/FOH communication, and ensure a smooth shift handoff. The role requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced kitchen, familiarity with kitchen tools, and a Food Handler Certification.
