Thompson Server Assistant

We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. An ideal Thompson team member has a passion for creating unique experiences that can quickly perpetuate a culture of great design and superlative service, with a sharp sense of humor. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and will express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity. The Thompson Server Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Food Server in serving guests in Bar Julian & Fleeting. Responsibilities include: Assist serving teams with anything they may need that aligns with job related duties. Clear, clean and set up tables with all guest needs. Connect with guests and provide anticipatory service to meet their needs. Stock all restaurant equipment. Assist servers during meal periods and expedite orders during busy hours. Keep the reach‑in cooler clean and organized. Dust all tables, including table legs. Check off and pick up storeroom supplies. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications. Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to accommodate working in more than 1 outlet in 1 shift with different procedures.
