Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 4–5 Customer Service Representatives. Meet with customers to understand project requirements and establish priorities. Coordinate projects with production, project management, and quality control teams. Assist with job scheduling as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product recommendations and project updates. Create work orders and convert completed orders into invoices using management software. Understand offset, digital, and wide-format printing processes, as well as paper stocks and finishing options. Utilize Technique Print ERP software (experience preferred). Support estimating and job planning activities when needed. Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company with excellence. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in offset printing. Previous experience managing a customer service team. College degree required. Prior customer service or print production experience. Experience with Technique Print ERP software is preferred. Estimating and job planning experience is a plus, but not required.
