• Patient Volume: 18-24
• Daily Deliveries: 1-2
• % of Practice: 60-70% OB; 30-40% GYN
• Support Staff: L+D RNs, CNMs, FPOBs, X-ray tech
- MA, RN, LPN/LVN, Lab tech
- Sonographer
• Procedures/Duties:
- Low & High Risk Pregnancy
- OB U/S
- Office GYN; LEEPs, Colposcopy
- GYN coverage in ER
• Nursery Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Circs are done in the office and are optional for the locum provider
- U/S reads on call days
- Office anesthesia available 1 day/month
- Full range of birth control services: Depo, IUDs
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS
• DEA
• Self-Query NPDB report pulled within 30 days
