Dermatology Physician Assistant OpportunityWilling to train in general Derm & cosmetics. $150,000 - $175,000 starting pay range. Full benefits and additional bonuses.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Spanish speaking a plus.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a dermatology practice setting, diagnosing and treating various skin conditions, performing minor procedures, and educating patients on skincare and treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.Diagnose and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections.Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs.Procedures:Perform dermatologic procedures, such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and suturing under supervision.Assist in cosmetic dermatology treatments like chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectable therapies (if applicable).Patient Education:Educate patients on proper skincare routines, treatment plans, and preventative measures.Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patient understanding.Collaboration:Work closely with supervising dermatologists to develop and execute treatment plans.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.Documentation:Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient visits, treatments, and follow-ups in compliance with legal and medical standards.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation.
