The anticipated wage range for the position is $16 - $17 / hour
Schedule- 9:00am-6pm
Work 1 Weekend Every month

Job Description

You will perform day-to-day activities that ensure the cleanliness of the Community. Our residents truly appreciate your hard work; helping our senior residents is a fulfilling and rewarding job!

Essential Duties:

Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop and polish common area floors. Heavy carpet machine
Empty trash.
Clean common area windows, inside and out.
Clean and sanitize common area bathrooms. Refills paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers.
Pick up Trash Outside Of Building.
Maintain Grounds
Clean Residential apartments on weekly basis.

Qualifications

Lift 50 pounds
We will train!
