Preferred Automotive operates one of the busiest dealership detail operations in West Michigan, supporting seven dealership locations from one centralized detail center. That means one thing: you'll never be waiting on work. The vehicles are here. The opportunity is here. Your income is determined by the quality and efficiency of your work—not by whether business is slow.

Compensation
Pay & Benefits
- Earn $16.25 – $21.25+ flat rate
- Production bonuses up to $375 per pay period
- 401(k) with company match

- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm
