Strong experience with Manhattan Active software packages
Tier 1 WMS experience: Manhattan Active WM
Minimum 4 years of WMS utilization experience and integration with other process areas
3 years of experience deploying software
1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
Provides senior level design for client specific enhancements
Strong experience in SCI and other BI/BA tools, reports, and dashboards
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Process Definition, Support, and Design

Root Cause Analysis
Tier 1 or Tier 2 WMS experience
WMS application to and support of warehouse operations
Printing solutions: documents and labels
Shipping solutions: Fedex, UPS, US Government Client, DHL, freight carriers
Past experience as a WMS SME with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, cycle counting, general warehousing, and MHE/Automation integration
