Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Turners Falls, MA 01376. Job Details Schedule: Days / Eastern, 8 am to 5 pm Location: Turners Falls, MA 01376 Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 18 Week/s Pay Range: 17.50/Hour - 23.00/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, and patient registration activities while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections and prepare specimens for testing. Verify patient information, ensure accurate specimen labeling, and maintain required documentation. Provide professional and compassionate patient care while explaining collection procedures. Process clinical and forensic specimens following established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Support multiple locations as needed while maintaining quality, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
