Right At Home Caregiver

Right at Home is looking for compassionate caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. We have a variety of hours to fit your needs and pride ourselves on a self scheduling model to provide for great work-life balance. Our caregivers will serve the Sioux Falls area as well as the surrounding towns to meet the needs of our community.

Starting pay between $18-$20 depending on experience. 90 day review with potential wage increase along with annual review - Opportunities for trainings/certifications onsite to increase hourly wage - Insurance offered to part-time/full-time employees include: Health, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness -PTO accrual opportunity - Paid travel time AND mileage - EAP counseling services free to all employees and their immediate families - 401K with match after 1 year of service and 1,000 hours - Referral Bonus program

Applicant must be 18 years of age and able to physically perform the duties of the position. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English. Must have reliable transportation, current valid driver's license and proof of insurance, eligibility for employment in the United States.
