Warehouse AssociateWe are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing team in Rochester, NY. This newly created role focuses on the organization and consolidation of incoming equipment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work, this could be your next step toward a long-term position in a dynamic warehouse environment.ScheduleMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay$17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesBreak down and properly dispose of cardboard packaging materials.Separate and organize equipment received on pallets.Consolidate and group equipment by project, ensuring proper labeling.Tag consolidated pallets with green stickers including owner name, project number, location, and arrival date.Maintain a clean and organized work area, consolidating multiple pallets efficiently.Collaborate with the shipping department to optimize warehouse space and workflow.QualificationsAbility to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
