We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team!. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and ERP systems . The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting business-critical applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide on-site IT support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems across departments
- Support business applications, including Microsoft Access databases and the Fourth Shift ERP system
- Write and run SQL queries , troubleshoot table relationships, and assist with reporting
- Assist with user setup, system permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding
- Liaise with third-party vendors and consultants as needed
- Monitor system performance and support IT security practices
- Contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and system improvements
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:
- or a related technical role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, SQL, and general business application support
- Experience with Fourth Shift ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP platform is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of networking, Windows environments, and basic system administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Background in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
Location: On-site in Putnam, CT
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
