Pediatric RN Case Manager: Family-Focused Care

Memorial Healthcare System

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida seeks an RN Case Manager to coordinate care from admission through discharge. You will partner with the multidisciplinary team to build a comprehensive case management plan that addresses clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs and ensures safe transitions to the next level of care. Requires RN license and BLS; minimum 1 year hospital case management or 5 years in healthcare. Days shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Memorial Healthcare System
