Water Damage/Mold Remediation Technician Job Summary 
We are growing quickly and looking for a full-time, hard-working, motivated, team player to assist with water restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning work. This person should be a 'go-getter', willing to help the team where needed, and want to develop within a small, fast-growing company. Previous experience in, or willingness to learn, commercial carpet cleaning is preferred.

Technician Responsibilities 

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration, and mold remediation services 
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Available after-hours for emergency services on call rotation

Water Damage Technician Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations (Preferred but not required) Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
