This position is required to work the following hours:
- Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- Tuesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Job Summary:
Responsible for greeting patients, patient registration, financial counseling, establishing and maintaining accurate patient records in the computer. This position may require some medical and dental front desk responsibilities.
Qualifications:Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 1 year of front office experience including Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous dental office experience preferred.
- Experience with Care Credit financing preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- None.
Special Skills:
- Bi-lingual preferred.
Other requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours.
