As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You’ll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include: Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve in the vocational setting. Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations. Relevant Experience: At least one year of direct experience in a related field, supported by an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study.
