Job Description

Dedicated Personnel is now hiring a Press Operator to join our team! We’re looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company known for quality and innovation in composite materials.

WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR 1ST SHIFT, 2ND SHIFT & 3RD SHIFT!! CALL US NOW TO GET WORKING ASAP!

Responsibilities:

Operate hydraulic and compression presses to produce composite panels
Load and unload materials from molds and machines
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Assist with setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

Ability to work safely around fiberglass and composite materials
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
