Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Direct Care Worker

We are actively pooling qualified and compassionate individuals for upcoming full-time opportunities as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers in the Plymouth Meeting and Norristown area. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Support clients with community integration and social engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily progress notes
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, DSP, or healthcare preferred but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
