Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, staffing, materials, and field execution activities for deployments and infrastructure projects. Manage ticket lifecycle activities and track progress of technical solutions and deployments. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to safety and quality policies. Act as a single point of contact for hardware deployment, structured cabling, and technical support queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver complex IT and infrastructure projects. Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, including release planning and risk management. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Program Manager in technology integration and infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams. Understanding of hardware, software, and infrastructure deployment. PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience with Agile or waterfall project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
