IT Project Manager III

Job Title Job Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Oversees all aspects of the project, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress, builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments, and prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Coordinate and drive multiple projects, juggling competing deadlines focused on stakeholder engagement, budget management, status reporting, and elaborating the project plan. Lead and direct the work of others, exercising judgment and extensive industry knowledge to plan and accomplish goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years technical enterprise level project management experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and strong stakeholder engagement. Budget management and reporting. No certification requirement; client requests PM samples (data masked as required) of past work. Must‑Haves Strong facilitation skills, knowledge of working with project management tools. Working knowledge and understanding of all phases of the project. Business case and benefits development. Budget management and reporting. Nice‑to‑Haves Knowledge of Energy and utilities.
