Dealership Driver & Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and reliable Dealership Driver & Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory movement and customer service transport. From handling dealer trades and auction runs to providing a premium experience for our customers, your driving skills will keep our dealership running smoothly. This is a flexible, on-call position.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Trades: Transport vehicles safely between our location and regional dealership networks to fulfill inventory swaps.

• Customer Shuttle & Delivery: Provide friendly, professional pick-up and drop-off services for service clients and vehicle buyers.

• Auction Transport: Pick up purchased vehicles from regional auto auctions, ensuring secure key custody and initial vehicle checks.

• All-Around Team Support: Run errands for parts, assist with moving vehicles across lots, and support the management team with other logistical needs as they arise.

• Inspection & Paperwork: Inspect all handled vehicles for damage, verify accuracy of trade/auction paperwork, and securely manage vehicle keys during transit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history (must pass our insurance provider's screening).

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills when interacting with clients.

• Flexibility: On-call availability during dealership operating hours (including occasional Saturdays).

• Navigation: Proficient in using smartphone GPS apps to efficiently navigate local traffic and regional highways.

• Background: Must pass a standard background check and pre-employment screening.
