Quality Team Lead Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )
- Lead and support a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause investigations
- Review quality documentation and maintain accurate records
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures
- Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality concerns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and corrective actions
- Ensure safety and quality requirements are consistently followed
Quality Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality leadership, team lead, or supervisory role
- Manufacturing experience required
- Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and defect analysis
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with quality documentation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
