Wedding & Event Sales Agent

Position Summary
The Wedding & Event Sales Agent is responsible for responding to inquiries, following up on potential leads, seeking new sales leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and booking weddings, social events, group blocks, and other functions at Village by the Sea. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, showcasing our venue and event spaces, and helping clients plan memorable events.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct venue tours and present event spaces, packages, menus, and lodging options.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event estimates.
• Maintain accurate client records and track sales activity.
• Coordinate with the event and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to event planning.
• Provide friendly, professional service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Sales experience preferred; wedding, hospitality, or event experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow up in a timely manner.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including occasional weekends.
