Role Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating and providing skilled speech-language therapy in home settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care. Assess and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication issues, voice disorders, and those needing augmentative or alternative communication. Work with patients affected by conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, and dementia. Dependable transportation in good condition, capable of driving in all weather conditions. Current SLP license in the state of employment. Key Duties Provide speech therapy services in patient homes, evaluate communication and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient needs.
