• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -- 40-hour work week
• 15 patients per day -- focus on continuity of care
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Patient population: geriatrics -- ages 55 and up
• PACE program experience preferred -- strong geriatric exp accepted
• Minimum 2 years NP experience with geriatric patients required

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
