Program Manager - Data EngineeringGartner's Insights & Product Analytics (IPA) team is seeking a Program Manager - Data Engineering to lead initiatives that power analytics and digital insights across Gartner's Insights business. In this role, you will connect business priorities, analytics needs, and technology delivery to ensure data products are trusted, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to VP-level leaders, requiring strong collaboration across Analytics, IT, Engineering, and business teams to drive successful execution and continuous value delivery.What You Will DoProgram Execution & DeliveryManage delivery of initiatives across analytics teamsCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, analytics and engineering teamsTrack progress against initiative goals (business impact, engagement, satisfaction)Requirements & Backlog ManagementPartner with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and document requirementsTranslate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaHelp manage backlog prioritization aligned with leadership prioritiesStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with IT and business partners to advance shared programs.Facilitate working sessions and requirements workshopsEnsure clear, consistent communication across distributed teamsProduct & Process ImprovementIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and toolsSupport continuous feedback loops and rapid iteration based on user inputAssist in defining success metrics and monitoring performanceSupport Product Owner GrowthPartner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to strengthen requirements quality, improve prioritization practices, and support effective product delivery.What You'll Need3+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, or related roles.Gartner, Inc.
