• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IVF Coordinator with experience in reproductive fertility setting to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Medical assistant and IVF cycle coordinating processes , ensuring accuracy in patient care, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and performing blood draws. This position requires a strong understanding of fertility clinical concepts, medical practice, and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients.
• This job is part time to full time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients undergoing IVF, IUI, FET and egg freezing cycles.
• Coordinate and track treatment cycles from baseline to retrieval/transfer
• Monitor results and relay critical updates to staff.
• Assist with ordering medications and educate patients regarding medication protocol, cycle instruction and follow up care.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Experience

• Please only apply if you have an IVF and fertility experience.
• 1+ years experience in fertility, OB/GYN, reproductive health or similar medical coordination role.
• Strong understanding of IVF cycle process and related terminology.
• EXCELLENT communication, compassion, and patient support skills.
• HIGH attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cycles simultaneously.
• STRONG computer and EMR documentation skills.
• Ability to protect confidential patient information (HIPAA compliance certified).
• Interest in long-term career advancement while helping move the company forward alongside our clinical team.
• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology
• Experienced in managing Medical Office operations and Medical Records
• Experience in Phlebotomy
• IVF coordination skills
• Strong Patient Care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in answering patients inquiries
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional medical training or education
• Enthusiastic to learn, work in a start up environment.
