Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and administer prescribed medications
- Deliver treatments and monitor patient responses; notify the physician or NP of pertinent information
- Admit and discharge patients as part of care transitions and care planning
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Provide specialized care including Gastrostomy Tube care, urinary catheter care, Nebulized therapy, and CPAP care
- Perform wound care such as Wound Vac management and Tracheostomy care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety

Requirements
- Active Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ability to perform duties listed in responsibilities in a long-term care setting located on a hospital campus
- Flexibility to work varied eight-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to participate in health clearance and provide proof of flu vaccination prior to contract start
- Must be compliant with on-site health clearance scheduling requirements (arrive Thursday prior to start)
