Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full‑time role based in Brighton, MI, with some flexibility to work remote. This position supports project managers and field teams by organizing project documentation, maintaining schedules, and tracking milestones and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, updating project status reports, assisting with budgets and change orders, and communicating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. The Project Coordinator will help ensure materials and resources are ordered on time, support compliance with company and client standards, and assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and close‑out packages. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management. Proficiency with office productivity and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, project management software). Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects. Basic understanding of construction or real estate development processes is preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting (office and remote). High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to team‑based problem solving. Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
