Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Solution Architect
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale implementations of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), enabling unified customer data, personalized marketing, and omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end AEP and RT-CDP solutions aligned with business objectives
- Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation
- Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
Customer Data Platform Implementation
- Design and implement unified customer profiles using Real-Time CDP
- Configure identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation
- Ensure accurate customer data consolidation from multiple online and offline sources
Data Integration & Pipelines
- Architect batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP
- Design integrations with CRM, ERP, CMS, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications
- Develop and review API-based integrations and event-driven data pipelines
Data Modeling & Governance
- Design and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas
- Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and consent management processes
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Adobe Experience Cloud Integration
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign
- Enable omnichannel customer experiences and personalized marketing campaigns
Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches
- Mentor developers and support best practices for Adobe implementations
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability
- Monitor data ingestion, profile processing, and audience activation
- Troubleshoot architecture and integration issues
Security & Compliance
- Implement secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Present architecture recommendations and implementation strategies to leadership

Experience Required
- 8–15+ years of overall IT experience
- 3–5+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, or enterprise Customer Data Platforms in an architecture or lead role
