Washington Licensed Crisis Call Specialist

Providing life-saving emotional support, the full-time Washington Licensed Crisis Call Specialist will deliver empathetic crisis intervention via phone, conduct assessments, and collaborate with clinicians, all while working remotely from Washington, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic, nonjudgmental crisis intervention via phone Conduct suicide risk and behavioral health assessments and support de-escalation Develop safety and action plans with individuals in crisis and connect them to appropriate resources Required qualifications High school diploma or GED plus four years of full-time behavioral health experience, or a combination of education and experience Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period Crisis intervention or suicide prevention experience Behavioral health or contact center experience Ability to remain focused during emotionally intense conversations Virtual Vocations Inc
