As a College and Career Coordinator, you will be in charge of driving the strategic work that prepares all CSUSA students for post‑secondary success. You will also implement, coordinate, and manage all functions of the College and Career readiness programs and perform other related duties. Responsibilities Evaluate data and strategies for CSUSA students with post‑secondary success. Collaborate with partner schools/agencies to promote transition initiatives. Coordinate tracking and follow‑up of transition students. Collaborate with Principal and Education team to determine instructor training needs. Assess educational software programs for quality. Assist with the coordination of staff development and instructor training. Attend local college meetings and seminars. Develops and conducts in‑service training for teachers regarding the program, instructional strategies, and best practices. Performs classroom visitations, assists teachers in the improvement of instructional performance, and monitors improvement. Coordinates schedules with existing instructional programs. Coordinates community and parent involvement in through partnerships, events, after‑school clubs, etc. Leads and coordinates extracurricular programming -- tutoring and enrichment. Monitors the progress of students. Serves as a resource to school administrators and content area teachers in identifying needs, adapting instructional techniques, and implementing programs. Collects and reports student data. Initiates and maintains effective liaisons with district and professional associations to maintain a current knowledge of instructional best practices. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to establish a set of operating principles and routines, driving projects to completion, while insisting on highest level of quality. Ability to consistently be at work, be on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Student Information System (SIS). Good knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures. Detailed knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law. Job Requirements Master's degree (preferred) and eligibility for teaching certification in state of position. Demonstrated evidence of involvement in school activities involving leadership responsibilities. Effective instructional delivery techniques and excellent communication skills. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Student Information System (SIS). Commitment to company values.
